We are going to support AD Groups soon which will have a default role for every member. If a member needs a different role, you could add them as an individual. Permissions can also be set by All Designers, All Participants, AD group, and individually.

With role-based access, different users only see the botflows that they have permission to see. But this is a good idea to allow some sort of categorization of botflows.

We do recognize the need to have version control and will be exploring this.

Thanks for sharing. If you had multiple data sources, would you also want to specify the order in which they were processed?

We are planning on bringing audit logging to the product some time this calendar year.

This is a great idea. As you know, Credentials are part of a botflow and stored as such. We'd have to externalize those and make them available as an object in RPA Central that could be added to multiple botflows.

Do you have an ETA on this? We used this a lot in the older version and would like to see it come back in version 17.

This is an interesting idea, thanks for sharing. We may do something like this in RPA Central for the front end, and then perhaps show a mode in Bot that hides the step execution but shows that the botflow is executing. There is currently a mini-mode that hides the steps. I'm marking this as Under Review for now.
