You would have to include the ability for them to see other document information as it's possible someone else has linked to their document in other processes, in which case archiving the document is not appropriate. At the moment I think only Promasters have access to that information in the document library/document report.

This is impractical for a large organisation such as mine, in which staff movement is frequent; the manual overhead this would create to maintain the right staff in the right group is excessive.
(As is any of the manual maintenance of users, roles and responsibilities which should all be able to be done by connecting to the HR system, but it doesn't work like that). -

Can you say more about how you transfer a document to a new process so I can better understand your proposal and decide whether to vote for it?
In our organisation one document can be linked to multiple process maps (eg the travel policy), so I'm not sure whether your suggestion would work for us.

As well as using restricted access groups as Sam mentions, you could simply not publish the process. That way it's only viewable by owner and expert.

Just a note in case you weren't aware - those right click options are coming from your internet browser program, not from Promapp.

Hi all! Sorry for the slow response on this one as well as the delayed release. We will be releasing the Reporting API for Improvements Add on in Sept 2019 and next up will be API for Process data, followed by risk but timing on those is TBD.

API is in the works (has been for about three years!), and I believe is getting 'close'. Many of us have been waiting a long time for this and it will make our lives so much easier once it's released.

Many of us have been waiting for 2+ years for the process management API. It's been dropped off the product roadmap now (maybe they were embarrassed that it just kept getting carried forward each quarter).
I've been told (last year) they're still working on it but there's no date.

Hi Les
There are many of us waiting for an improvement in the reporting options in Promapp, including scheduling of reports. You may want to go vote on the suggestion named 'API reporting capabilities' item here in customer voice. Nintex have started work on the API but there's no release date (it's been promised for over 12 months). Hopefully we see it soon!

I agree about the new colour scheme. There's insufficient contrast, Group names in boxes are split inappropriately when they're more than one line long, inability to pin an opened activity box on the map view, fonts appear to be smaller making it difficult to read, it's far too staid and has lost its fun engaging look - and we know Promapp is all about engagement!
Can't help with your approvals issue as we don't have the approvals module. -

Yes!! Our organisation isn't into the swing of regular reviews as yet and I have *hundreds* listed in my own My Reviews tab. I have missed reviewing my own processes because of this.
A review button on overdue processes, visible only by map editors (owners, experts, group process editors, promasters, in addition to a Publish button, or maybe a tickbox when publishing to reset the review date, would be a useful addition.

I understand Nintex's reason for not including formatting is that process steps are meant to be simple and straight forward, so bolding, underlining etc shouldn't be necessary (this question has been asked in the past here on UserVoice).
A workaround for email addresses specifically is to create them as a weblink, this then makes them very visible and separated out from getting lost in the task text.
To do this, use Weblink and start the URL with mailto: instead of http://

Have you considered importing new users instead?
When you use the import function you can (optionally) choose to have Promapp create new roles if the role doesn't yet exist.
The template to use is available from the Users screen.
We use the import function weekly to create new users and it has worked well for us.

I do bulk transfers from one owner (or expert) to another in the User Management screen. Maximum I've transferred at once is 58 processes; I don't know if there's a limit, it just takes longer time to process if there are more processes.
