    Thanks for the idea. Currently you can restrict process groups to certain users but these will still be visible to all Promasters. Also the annual role cost will also be visible to any viewers of the Roles page. I suggest you calculate this outside of Promapp to be safe.

    Thank you for the idea. I see how it would be beneficial for a kind of 'find and replace' feature for tags that haven't been explicitly added with a hashtag.

    Thanks for the suggestion. I agree that certain scenarios do not require an acknowledgement. This idea is semi-related to the ownership transition idea which separates ownership changes from process content changes.

    Thanks for getting in touch. As suggested the best way to do this is via Admin > Users by bulk transferring from a single person to another.

    However regarding a mass transfer tool - we don't have this on our roadmap right now so we'll monitor interest from other clients for now.

    For now it would be possible to use the Improvement reporting API, and setup some visualisations to highlight any issues/tickets which have been recently edited.

    A possible workaround could be to create a special group with specific approvers setup. Once they've approved it could be moved to the appropriate group without any of those additional approvers.

    For now you could consider creating a top-level group, giving the consultants access to only that group, and create shortcut processes in that group. However they will still have access to any other process group which has the 'All Staff' role applied.

    Thanks for the suggestion. While importing from XML is limited to Promasters, other process editors can import from procedure text.
    We don't have the ability for owners and experts to import XML on our roadmap right now, so we'll monitor interest from other customers.
