Thanks for your suggestion. We definitely see the value in calculating the number of business days excluding weeekends and public holidays. The challenge is knowing where public holidays are based on your region (which can change quite a bit depending on location).
This would require either Nintex maintaining a global list of public holidays which is a high overhead, or the form designer maintaining a list of public holidays within their platform.
What would you see is an appropriate solution? Let us know in the comments section below.

Currently user in SharePoint can edit an open term set if the option they want isn't there.
Please can this action be supported by forms also?
