There looks to be 2 requests here
- Update Inline function to allow calculate date difference, factoring in only business days / hours
- Update Calculate date action to factor in only business days / hours
Can you please share which of the two you require and your use cases

This is now in the backlog and something we would like to implement with Universal Forms for the List Lookup control.
I will update this feature when we begin development on the List Lookup control for Universal Forms for SharePoint.

Thanks for your suggestion Francois.
Nintex Forms is mainly focused on the List content type and all derivatives. The Survey content type is a little bit different due to the Rating Scale which we currently do not have.
We may consider it in the future, but at the moment we are focused on Universal Forms release.
I will update this idea if we change our position on this idea.

I understand the concept of the idea, but there are a number of situations where non-connected fields need to be preserved. Our main concern is that we use non-connected fields to show and hide fields in our forms. the information captured in these non-connected fields isn't relevent to the workflows functionality or serve any purpose within the list information, but serve a big purpose in the form itself.
I would recommend against this proposal.
