    This is a necessity. We are disabling Delete through SharePoint permissions and the Delete Items button still appears, users can click on it and nothing happens. Literally nothing. Not even a message saying, "Delete has been disabled". Either the button needs to be grayed out or a message needs to be added telling the user they cannot delete the item.
