My issue was when I tried to update a list item other than the current item, and I need more than 1 column to filter in "WHERE". I can't use "Update List Item" because it only supports 1 column to be filtered. Then I tried use "Office 365 update items", the standard builder couldn't work. Although my filter were correct, nothing was updated. Then I switched from standard builder to CAML, I got no way to put in variables down there.... I'm stuck now.

It shouldn't tagged as "Open for Voting". This is must have feature. When all dev environment in Nintex are using Variables, why this one is not? Why not?

Jon Hardy, I think you get more votes than you expected. We need it too.
Appreciate if you can make a "separate workflow" section so that we can do anything like send email, update status of current item, etc. We need more flexibility if this feature is there.
