    Thanks for your suggestion Scott. We are soon to begin building the List Lookup control for Universal Forms and will put this into consideration when building the new control.

    What you're asking for essentially involves promoting denormalized tables as SharePoint lists, which I agree with!

    SharePoint sites may be stored in a relational database in the background, but for most users formal database training is not included as part of their jobs. This feature would really simplify lookup lists and reduce complexity of list associations.

    I like it!. An additional enhancement I would want is the ability to have all notifications sent to the workflow owner without having to create a duplicate Action. In the Body of the email,the emails of the recipients of the notification would be added, then the actual body as well.
