Any feedback Nintex? We have clients that drastically need this functionality and have a strong preference to avoid this sort of hack:http://matthewyarlett.blogspot.com/2014/12/provisioning-new-nintex-workflow.html.

First off - love the current Print to PDF feature! But this is a very common ask from a large pool of our clients and prospects. Most are interested in converting a form to PDF as a last step in a process to submit the completed/approved form to a records management repository. While they can do it manually by opening the form and printing to PDF there is a lot of interest to include (simple) form to PDF conversion in the workflow.

To support this requirement we’ve just release the following features

    - Specify a customizable sender display name for both email and task actions, we understand one of the main requests was to be able to supply a custom from email address however due to many of the limitations in the cloud we are currently unable to deliver this request and so hopefully being able to add a From display name will get you one step closer..

    - Add a customizable Reply To email address for the email action so you can control the email address when people hit reply.

Hope you enjoy these features and be great to hear any feedback once you try them out.

I definitely recommend adding this capability - it's a very common request our clients have. Obviously the Lazy Approval dependency would have to be addressed though.

    Jon Hardy responded

The task ID is populated once the task is completed. Before this the task list items can be locked by the task engine for processing and a workflow accessing this task may fail. There has been therefore a strong reservation form our Engineering group to implement this capability even if technically feasible.

If one wishes to delegate the task then the delegation should be used.

Should you have other use cases for accessing the task list before the task is completed then please let us know what they are. There may be an alternative way of meeting this need that will not introduce the possibility of workflow failure.

I'm working on a project right now that would really benefit from this approach. This particular project consists of multiple inspection forms that contain 2+ sections of tabular data input.

I would love to see this added to the roadmap.

Thanks for your suggestion Vadim. As we are currently building Universal Forms for Office 365, SharePoint and Nintex Workflow Cloud, we are considering how we move forward with Live Forms with all the Nintex Infrastructure.

We currently support Google reCaptcha in Nintex Forms for Nintex Workflow Cloud which may suit your needs as the platform supports anonymous forms and pushing data to different systems.

    Cheers,
    Euan

    Hi all,

This is still on the backlog to be done but not scheduled at this time. When we begin development on this feature, I will update this ticket.

Keep in mind, this feature will only be included in New Responsive Forms.

    Cheers, Euan

I agree - please add this feature or provide a viable workaround.

    Thanks for your suggestion Fernando.

We have incorporated this feedback into our latest formula builder in Universal Forms.

I will update this feature when we get closer to release of Universal Forms for SharePoint.

I absolutely agree with this request. I was about to put a request in myself. This is quite possibly the biggest issue my clients face - if a rule is invalid then the resulting JavaScript errors prevent the form from rendering. Our experience is that finding the culprit can be very problematic and often requires the use of the browser dev tools to do so. I wouldn't not expect a power user to have to resort to this.

Being able to validate your formulas at design time (like InfoPath offered) would be a very desirable feature to add.
