    the user can just enter any text for a connected closed term set and the form will not produce a validation error at the moment (November 2018). While the text is painted red in the box, there is no actual validation preventing a user from saving the form.

    Hi Sridhar,

    The issue we currently have is the workflow engine does not send us any kind of event to indicate that the component workflow (or any workflow) has suspended meaning we can’t send any notification back to the parent workflow. We are currently talking with Microsoft to see if they can provide us the info we need, will update you once we know more..

    Cheers, Rick

    Thanks for the great suggestion guys, I’ve added this backlog and will keep you updated on a time frame on when we can deliver this feature update. Would love to hear any other thoughts/suggestions on how we can make component workflows even better..?

    SharePoint online is still not allowing Apps to integrate into this menu. Suggest you configure the start options to start on item creation and start on item update when developing and testing. Then creating or editing the item will kick the workflow off for you.

    Hi All,

    This is currently a SharePoint limitation, however we have made sure that our lazy approval feature only allows people who are assigned a task to specify an outcome.

    As a workaround a user is able to query the task list to see who was assigned the task and who modified the task. We are looking at how make the task querying process easier. Thanks.

    As a workaround you could create a custom task form (nintex forms) and set a rule on the approval buttons to only show when the person editing the form is also the asignee, and of course set the task list to not allow for inline editing and datasheet view

    Hi all,
    Copy an Item action has been released and is now available for use. You can find this action in the Integration category of the toolbox.
    Cheers,

    shaunlub -> just saying there is a possibility if you just insert the mentioned css in 'code view' of a rich text control in the responsive designer. It will work to at least hide the buttons, but no garantees indeed.

    as a workaround to remove the ribbon buttons you can put a css like this inside a rich text control on the form and it will hide the button

    <style>
    div#RibbonDeleteButton {display:none;}
    div#RibbonSaveButton {display:none;}
    div#RibbonCloseButton {display:none;}
    </style>
