We are very pleased to announce the New Responsive Designer for Office365 has now been released. This update includes many updates and features, including multipage.

Please ensure you have updated your app to see the new designer choice.

    Regards,
    Euan

We need the ability to have tabs (or at least fake tabs, like in Classic forms) for the Responsive Forms designer.

Thank you to everyone that has shared their enthusiasm for this feature.

This feature is in the backlog for our new Responsive designer. I will update this ticket when development begins.

    Cheers,
    Euan

We just had to implement a workaround for this limitation which required a JS solutions and therefore forced us into the Classic forms designer (as opposed to Responsive, which we've used for all other forms in this environment to date). Not ideal.

    Hi all,

I can appreciate your frustration with this missing feature. I would like to see it in product as well – and I am championing this feature to get done as soon as possible. However, we need to complete the new Responsive designer for Office365 before we begin the new responsive designer for SharePoint.

When we start building features for the new responsive designer for SharePoint, features would start to become available for Office365 as the new codebase is shared across platforms. So, this is still planned and am still working to get this done.

    Cheers,
    Euan

I've found three requests that seem to be requesting the same functionality, totaling about 130 votes. So, it seems like this is a higher priority than it may be appearing with the votes being split up. Any update on this request?

Here are the other two requests for reference:

Agree that we need a better way to store credentials for the Web Request action. Connection Manager would be perfect!

Please have a look at the condition builder just released as part of conditional start. Is this the kind of condition builder that you need in “wait for field change in current item” ?

I agree with this request. I ran into this scenario today where I needed to essentially duplicate an entire section of the form and it was very tedious to recreate all controls from scratch.

Hi team - any update on this request? We are struggling with user adoption without this ability.

    Nicole Prestby commented  ·

I agree that this is a big need for O365 - our current workaround is to send two emails for every task assignment (1 that includes the attachments and 1 that is the task). Not an ideal user experience to say the least. I have one client in particular who asks for an update on this feature request every couple of weeks.

Hi Lisa - this list is a great starting point, but our clients have a need to specify custom phrases in addition. Not a high priority, but has been requested and so I'm passing it along :)

    Hi All,

This is currently a SharePoint limitation, however we have made sure that our lazy approval feature only allows people who are assigned a task to specify an outcome.

As a workaround a user is able to query the task list to see who was assigned the task and who modified the task. We are looking at how make the task querying process easier. Thanks.
