    other option incase the task form is not customized (form type being - default).

    But if the taskform has to be a nintexform then I too think that the list item control is the only option

    Thanks for your suggestion Scott. We are soon to begin building the List Lookup control for Universal Forms and will put this into consideration when building the new control.

    When parent and child List lookup controls connected to list columns to act as cascading dropdowns, having an option to filter list column data and/or ability to get only unique values from source column could be useful.
