This would be a fantastic addition.

I often build out workflows by placing actions in my general train of thought, and then go through and configuration 1 by 1. It would be wonderful to be able to test out each section as I work through the configuration, and disabling sets of actions that are not yet configured.

    This is also my requirement.

Example of why I need it:

Our users generate very large reports, and in my example, I need varied amounts of images, and in the end, I need to merge them all together. Due to the 10 image limit, I generate several documents (10 images each) and then need to collect them together to form a PDF.

However, I see several applications for this to be able to dynamically generate documentation based on - for example - client. Yes, sometimes we could just make the URL logo dynamic, but in many cases, the branding must be entirely different, and so we may want to call a dynamic URL.

This is a big one for me right now. We have a client who has a requirement for multiple images in their reports, way more than 10, and the only way I can begin to achieve that is by creating the first report (with 10 photos) and then triggering another for every 10 after that in a new DocGen. I need to be able to combine these separately generated reports into 1 - I don't care if it's the DOCXes or into PDF and then merged. Just need to combine them.

Agreed - since the documents, whether in SharePoint or not, seem to recall all the tagging.. should be able to use a variable for the template to point to.

I think this is a really good idea, especially since we have to use ctrl + / - to zoom in and out. Would love to see a dedicated browser that made some of the more finicky browser related things easier to work with. Great idea, Scott.

This is very recent for me, so I can tell you that a client just told us that if there were no graphical view of the workflow, it was a deal-breaker.

I agree with Paul, what about using Hawkeye automatically? Surely Nintex could have it's own in-app beacons set with every action to then create something that way?

    Thanks for your suggestion Christine.

We dont have any plans to bring online payments to Nintex Forms at the moment, but if our plans change, I will update this feature.

    Cheers,
    Euan

This would be a great addition - I can think of several places clients could make use of this, and even internally -- think of signing up for training courses, or workshops, or buying "Swag" direct...

This is also a requirement for us.

An example: a ticketing system is built using the "Start a Task Process". First response applies using LazyApproval - users respond with "Assign to me" to take on the task as their own. A cancellation email is not required after a user has picked it up, since it will no longer appear in the dashboards - yet - we don't have a way to stop that email.

Hi Cassy, Thanks for your feedback, we will look at how you can search for an action in the toolbox in the future.

Thanks for your suggestion Andrew. We will take this into consideration for Universal Forms when we begin development on the List Lookup control.

This would be very useful, indeed! I find myself often having to create a site workflow that will pick up a certain piece of metadata in an individual column to pick them up. Usually "WFTrigger" and then I set it to "Yes" on all the items I want to run it on. Many times these need to be started on items that really have nothing unique as far as the data goes - and in those times, this is the only way around it. The way Sumit has suggested would be very handy.
