I concur, when you are trying to debug large workflows, it is easier to print out or export to PDF or Visio. You just can't review through the browser.

We are very pleased to announce the New Responsive Designer for Office365 has now been released. This update includes many updates and features, including a new Print button in the form runtime. This is available in standard and enterprise versions.

Please ensure you have updated your app to see the new designer choice.

    Regards,
    Euan

We have discussed the idea of converting from Classic to Responsive but due to the big change in structure, we are not sure it would give a great experience.

As an example, a form of 1000px in a 10×10 grid would be a 100 column grid. Converting this from Classic to a Responsive 4 column grid would not look great. The best we could do is just list every control stacked under each other. If you think this would still be useful, please leave a comment below.

Thanks for your suggestion. Since CSS is not available in Responsive Forms, we will certainly consider what configuration options would be available in relation to the buttons.

The new Responsive Forms designer does not have a SharePoint ribbon but rather a new minimal ribbon which gives us a lot of flexibility.

To support this requirement we’ve just release the following features

    - Specify a customizable sender display name for both email and task actions, we understand one of the main requests was to be able to supply a custom from email address however due to many of the limitations in the cloud we are currently unable to deliver this request and so hopefully being able to add a From display name will get you one step closer..

    - Add a customizable Reply To email address for the email action so you can control the email address when people hit reply.

Hope you enjoy these features and be great to hear any feedback once you try them out.

Hawkeye for us is too OTT so a simple view of all our workflows and possibly simple overall reports would be beneficial and a great addition for Standard customers.

    Hi all,

I can appreciate your frustration with this missing feature. I would like to see it in product as well – and I am championing this feature to get done as soon as possible. However, we need to complete the new Responsive designer for Office365 before we begin the new responsive designer for SharePoint.

When we start building features for the new responsive designer for SharePoint, features would start to become available for Office365 as the new codebase is shared across platforms. So, this is still planned and am still working to get this done.

    Cheers,
    Euan
