Hi Cassy, Thanks for your feedback, we will look at how you can search for an action in the toolbox in the future.

Agreed - in the Purge Workflow Data there should definitely be an option to "Purge Orphaned Workflows". It is always a pain to have to go through and either write a Batch Terminate workflow, or, go through and manually remove workflows by snipping the URL down to the instance ID.

Can the workflow tell if the item is deleted?

    Hey all,
There looks to be 2 requests here
    - Update Inline function to allow calculate date difference, factoring in only business days / hours
    - Update Calculate date action to factor in only business days / hours
Can you please share which of the two you require and your use cases
    Thanks
    Lisa

Thanks for your feedback, could you please give me a bit more detail about what you are trying to do? Are there particular features that you are looking for? Thanks.

    @Rosana -

They are asking for a list of items that are NOT supported by Nintex O365 that ARE supported in Nintex On-Prem 2013 / 2010.

    For example ...

You can not do conditional starts in O365.
You can not add a workflow to a context item in O365.
There are no UDAs, no Action Sets.

We really do need a list, since we - the folks building these items - get asked by our clients all the time for a list of parity.

O365 has a lot great about it, but it is not a simple move from one to the other.

A matrix, in fact, with Nintex 2010, 2013, and O365 showing features that each has would be fantastic. That way you can also showcase O365's unique actions where Prem doesn't have, and update it when it changes.

SharePoint online is still not allowing Apps to integrate into this menu. Suggest you configure the start options to start on item creation and start on item update when developing and testing. Then creating or editing the item will kick the workflow off for you.

Could we please get an update on this if possible? Looks like last update was 2013.

This would be especially useful in cases such as captions and receipts.

Second this. I'm using DocGen for daily review documents and I need a way to automatically resize photos to a particular size without having placeholder images. I'd love the ability to be able to set "max size" on an image variable.

    Thanks for your suggestion Dan.

We will certainly be considering how cascading lookups are configured when we rebuild the List Lookup control for Universal Forms.

If you have specific feedback regarding your experience, please provide it in the comments section below.

    Thanks,
    Euan

I'd like to see the options in the List Lookup to be able to "remove duplicate values". I have a case right now where I have the user choose an item from a dropdown (say, a baseball cap) and then the next lookup populates the size, and maybe another populates the colour. Then, each of these combos determines the item code selected. It's sounding like I'm going to have to create a list for item, and then item description ... would love to be able to also filter on multiple values. Ie, "bring back the item code for when the item "baseball cap" is also "red" and "medium" without having to code.

This is a requirement. I need to lookup specific values based on other selections and use them as variables within a calculation.
