With the work on a “Connection manager” MFA will be supported for those live actions that support OAuth authentication. Unfortunately not all actions do, and so there are exceptions. When connection manager is released the help will detail which will.
For the balance, the comment by Mike Oryszak below is an option for these actions.

I would prefer a higher level graphic, possibly driven out of Hawkeye markers feeding a Visio diagram, with detail list view of each action to highlight success, failure, error message

This is critical functionality, users expect that with Nintex we can enhance the user experience. I have multiple lists that I can not improve due to the use of versioned notes. I agree with all previous comments. Can we please be updated on when this will be released?
