Thanks for your suggestion Saurabh. We hear the request for tab ordering from time to time and will put this request in the backlog.

As we are focused on Universal Forms, I dont expect this to be delivered in the medium term but will consider this for Universal Forms.

    Michael Campbell commented  ·

Yes, this is one of the great features of InfoPath, in that you can set the tab order.....especially for larger forms with lots of input fields

Thanks for your suggestion. Since CSS is not available in Responsive Forms, we will certainly consider what configuration options would be available in relation to the buttons.

The new Responsive Forms designer does not have a SharePoint ribbon but rather a new minimal ribbon which gives us a lot of flexibility.

    Michael Campbell commented  ·

There is a definate need to have the ability to hide the DELETE or SAVE Ribbon Buttons.

This was part of the ONPREM so it should be part of the ONLINE.....

As Nintex Workflow Online does no longer offer an email alert if the workflow is suspended and there is not graphical representation of the workflow, there is no way of knowing how a workflow is progressing. The Internal Status may show as "suspended" the Log In history still shows the current manualy status. The Internal Status needs to be available to add in a list view

This email action seems to have a real issue. I try to format the text and no matter what font family or size I select, it just does not apply and I end up with emails with various fonts and sizes. Common Nintex people....get on to this.....!!!

I use the graphical view a lot to see what a workflow is at or to determine the errors. Without this feature.....there is a huge gap in the administration of Nintex Workflows.

To support this requirement we’ve just release the following features

    - Specify a customizable sender display name for both email and task actions, we understand one of the main requests was to be able to supply a custom from email address however due to many of the limitations in the cloud we are currently unable to deliver this request and so hopefully being able to add a From display name will get you one step closer..

    - Add a customizable Reply To email address for the email action so you can control the email address when people hit reply.

Hope you enjoy these features and be great to hear any feedback once you try them out.

Can the FROM field be reinstated so we can set this for each email action

Most of my current On Prem Workflows, which I am migrating to Online, have a pre-determeine FROM. I believe this is an essential field as it make the workflows more personal if they can be sent FROM a person rather than a process.

Please have a look at the condition builder just released as part of conditional start. Is this the kind of condition builder that you need in “wait for field change in current item” ?

    Michael Campbell commented  ·

I have a lot of Nintex 2013 On Premise Workflows that I have to re-create in our new Office 365 SharePoint/Nintex environment and I am getting more and more frustrated with the changes (and not the better) between OnPrem and OnLine. This is one example; many of my current on-prem forms have an action "Wait for Approval Status to be not empty"......but in Office 365....you cannot do this. The new "Wait for Field Change in Current Item" only allows for a single option. For example, I can wait until the status = approved OR wait until the status = rejected.....but not either!

In InfoPath you can select an option to remove duplicates, but I cannot see any way of doing this in Nintex. This would be a great feature to be included

I have a List Look up which I want to filter where the the fields IS NOT EQUAL to another field on my Nintex Form. Having the ability apply more that one filter and to the =, <>, > or < would be great.
