I am pleased to announce this feature will be included in the new Universal Forms in the future.

Would be great - users would no langer have to switch to view mode to get a decent print-out via print-to-PDF.

Thanks for your suggestion Scott. We are soon to begin building the List Lookup control for Universal Forms and will put this into consideration when building the new control.

It does not necessarily have to be a full-blown change control system, an alert message to the next person would already be a great benefit.

Thanks for your suggestion Dawn.
We definitely understand the value of ‘Set field value’ rules, but we do not have any plans to bring this functionality to Classic at this time.
Once we ship Universal Forms for SharePoint, we will revisit Classic forms in the future.

Thanks for your suggestion. We are currently reviewing the button action and also how print works within NIntex Forms as we build Universal Forms.
I expect we will include a new button action for print in the future. I will review this feature again when we release Universal Forms for SharePoint.

Either alpabetically or a search field - either way would be very helpful. I am frequently working with forms with +150 named controls and locating the right one for a formula is a nightmare.

Hi all,
With the development of Universal Forms, we are looking at how the current form modes are supported in the existing product.
At this time we are still planning to continue using functions to detect form modes. This is so we are able to support migrations but also give a lot of flexibility in the rules engine.
We do not plan to bring different layouts to Universal Forms at this time. As we are introducing multipage to Universal Forms, we do need to figure out how a multipage form will be printed and is under consideration.
I will update this feature when we release an Advance Preview of Universal Forms if our position changes based on feedback.

Hi Susan. Hopefully our new Rules Engine in Universal Forms will make your for development much simpler in the future and address some of these issues.
Once we have released Universal Forms for SharePoint, I will update this feature. It will be good to get your feedback once it is released and review this feature request.

String format and masks have been included into Universal Forms. You can define your own custom mask into the text box and will be including currency control into Universal Forms in the future.
Once we ship Universal Forms for SharePoint, I will update this feature.

Ohter widely used masks are IBAN / BIC-(SWIFT-)Code, Credit/Debit Card Number

For example, a widely used field on our forms is "cost location" (some sort of accounting number) that needs to be numerical, 7 digits, no decimals, no delimiters, with leading zeroes.
Absolutely yes, please. Exporting and importing the whole form works well enough when implementing new forms from scratch, but form snippets would be a great feature to use e.g. for roll-out of a specific new requirement to be implemented across multiple existing forms.
