It would help if actions with email functionality would allow the Header or Footer to be customized.

Please can this be implemented. It would be valuable in documenting form changes.

    Hi Rick,

Maybe a bit late, but I still would like to comment: "Classic" reusable Workflows (created from the site workflows menu page) can be linked to either one or all available Content Types, which makes the properties specified in the ct available in the workflow actions. Whereas a regular site workflow does not have this link to ct specific columns.

You can create a content type which you use for several lists/libraries (even within subsites) and have the one reusable workflow setup for that content type to run on all items using this ct without have to create the workflow for each individual list.

So question remains, can a Component Workflow provide in this requirement and if not are there any plans to implement content type based reusable workflows for O365.

Any news on this? It is so frustrating to find workarounds in order to allow ALL assignees to complete their task. Currently with any of the available Behaviors the task is most of the time aborted when a behavior criteria is met, not allowing the remaining assignees to also contribute.

Come on Nintex.... 4 years later and still no ID returned on Copy List Item. And this while you Copy List Item may reuse Create List Item functionality and as such the ID most likely is already available but not yet set as output variable....

    Thanks for your suggestion Dawn.

We definitely understand the value of ‘Set field value’ rules, but we do not have any plans to bring this functionality to Classic at this time.

Once we ship Universal Forms for SharePoint, we will revisit Classic forms in the future.

    Cheers,
    Euan

If this is regards the 2 windowed control, with the Add/Remove buttons in between, I agree that it would be handy if somehow these windows could be resized to show long item texts. Or to allow the controls to be rendered top to bottom (in stead of left to right).

Mapping data to additional Flex/Approval task columns would indeed be a welcome extension

Workflow history is often used as a first audit trail (I more often now add wf logging into the item or a separate list), while the workflow status visualization is a big help to analyze where a workflow breaks. Alternatively if it would be possible to test run the workflow on an list/library item from within the Designer and see there where a workflow might break would be a valuable debugging tool as well.

Thanks for your suggestion Scott. We are soon to begin building the List Lookup control for Universal Forms and will put this into consideration when building the new control.

    Cheers,
    Euan

CAML query would be great indeed. Not all multiple columns filtering can be resolved using cascading dropdowns. What's the status of this improvement request as it has be Under Review since march 2014?
