    I agree. I am using the workaround that Michael Niermann added, to save the workflow, create a new workflow, paste in the snippet, delete all the unused variables, then re-save the snippet. This works, but: is time-consuming and inconvenient; and not something that I can rely on my colleagues being mindful of and/or practicing routinely.

    Yes, please sort this list alphabetically. Very annoying/time consuming to have to study the list to find a variable.

    I agree posted in the support forums. In my case I had the item "Created By" and a separate item field "Customer" (user type field) as the "To" recipients. With "send individually addressed notifications" checked a user will receive two emails if he or she happens to be both the "Customer" and the person who created the item.
