Similar to the On-Premise, update item permission is very useful for cases that requires custom permissions on list items after approval is done. The O365 Update item permission inhibits users which require 3rd party SSO authentication. This prohibits this functionality with many users. Please consider:
    1. Creating a “SharePoint Only” version of Update Item permissions which does not authenticate outside of SharePoint, similar to the On-Premise Update Item Permissions
    2. Embedding the “Update Item Permissions” functionality within the Start a Task and Assign A Task workflow actions.

I have already submitted a separate idea for the enabling of 3rd Party SSO Authentication ( https://nintex.uservoice.com/forums/218291-3-nintex-workflow-for-office-365/suggestions/18682207-option-to-support-3rd-party-authentication-like-ok)

I was informed that OKTA authentication is not supported for Nintex O365 actions packs like O365 Update Item Permission action. Hope you can look into options where we can still use the tenant accounts such as @company.com but uses 3rd party authentication like OKTA. Otherwise all of O365 action packs are useless for us to use. :(

    Hi All,

We’ve just released the ability to capture comments from via LazyApproval, apart from that you can also easily store and retrieve those comments (including ones made via Nintex Forms or directly via the task) into a new task action variable (Task comments).

For those who are specifically interested in capturing from LazyApproval the way you do is by supplying the outcome separated by a comma and then the comments .e.g. ‘Rejected, Need more detail before can approve’.

Check it out and let me know what you think…

    Cheers, Rick
