    One of our vtes put a solution using flow https://poszytek.eu/en/microsoft-en/office-365-en/flow-en/discovering-suspended-workflows-with-microsoft-flow/ really great read for getting alerts on suspended workflows.. and it will be free seeing that its flow and uses OOTB functionality.

    We are currently building the functionality to see List Item attachments in Task Forms for New Responsive Forms for Office365.

    This functionality will also be included in the New Responsive Forms for SharePoint when it is released.

    This feature is still in the backlog. We are focused on Universal Forms for Office 365 at the moment.

    Once we ship Universal Forms for Office 365 and SharePoint, we will review our offering of Live Forms.

    I will update this feature once we ship Universal Forms.

    Thanks for your suggestion Sheila.

    Parent/child relationships between form and another list is something we see from time to time. This is something we will explore when we rebuild the List View control for Universal Forms.

    I will update this idea when we begin development on this feature.
