    Hey there,
    You can achieve this by using the Advance Lookup, and setting the Return Type (X icon next to the field) as either ‘Long Date’ or ‘Short Date’.

    For Nintex Workflow O365 actions Run If and Condition Branch, the first condition for List Lookup Source Field is missing the format control. Available for the 2nd comparison condition only.
