When sending an envelope for signature, sometimes I would like to send the envelope to the person's work email address and their personal email address, giving them the option to open the envelope from either Inbox. Currently, AssureSign only allows one email address per signer. Please allow the option to enter multiple email addresses for a single signer.3 votes

Just as there is an API to initiate an eSignature ceremony from our App, so also there should be an API to resend an email with the link for the signer to sign it.
This is a requirement because either the email in the original API request was a typo or
the email was lost in spam and the signer is not able to locate it; so we need to resend the email.1 vote
Clarify the digital signature terms and agreement step. I though i was agreeing to the form with out having seen it.
Several people tested the form and had the same impression that i had. on the first page where you check the box to agree to the terms and services. I thought I was agreeing to the full form for which i had not seen or read yet. It was confusing, and i was reluctant to sign. The issue was that I skimmed the copy and did not realize the check box agreement was only for the digital signature, not the form. If you added a clear header that "Terms and Services were for Digital Signature that could help as well as update the copy next to the check box to specify that the terms they are agreeing to are for their digital signature. It would be helpful to start with a quick overview of the process so users know what to expect. I was hesitant to give my name and contact information because I was unclear if this was part of the signature process, could you add copy or header - verify your identity. Here is the copy we are using with our forms: Please provide your contact information to verify your identity, agree to the terms and conditions for electronic signatures, review and sign the form.

Microsoft Teams approvals allow for eSign approvals to be easily sent directly from Teams. They currently integrate approvals with Adobe Sign and will soon integrate with DocuSign.

When a signer adds an attachment, the system currently does not allow word documents to be attached. Expanding on this functionality would eliminate the need for for a signers to covert their word document to PDF prior to completing the signing process.3 votes

Currently you can not jump to specific page in document while viewing your document in template. Please add "go to Page" functionality.
Second, add page zooming functionality to enlarge/reduce the viewing document.4 votes
