Every time there is an update to AssureSign, the Nintex AssureSign Status page (https://assuresign.status.io/) says to refer to the Release Notes page for details (https://help.nintex.com/en-US/platform/ReleaseNotes/NintexAssureSign.htm). However, the release notes usually have no information (i.e. the April 27, 2022 maintenance release) or very high-level information (i.e. the April 13, 2022 release). This makes it difficult to understand and troubleshoot why features break after a release when there are not details as to what has changed. Having more detailed release notes would increase transparency to us AssureSign users and we'd really appreciate it!

When sending an envelope for signature, sometimes I would like to send the envelope to the person's work email address and their personal email address, giving them the option to open the envelope from either Inbox. Currently, AssureSign only allows one email address per signer. Please allow the option to enter multiple email addresses for a single signer.

Support the SingPass authentication mechanism for companies and users in Singapore to quickly and securely sign digital documents. Sign with Singpass uses signing certificates issued by the National Certification Authority. Upon the National Certification Authority's accreditation, signatures made using the Sign with Singpass will be regarded as secure electronic signatures under Singapore's Electronic Transactions Act.

Just as there is an API to initiate an eSignature ceremony from our App, so also there should be an API to resend an email with the link for the signer to sign it.

This is a requirement because either the email in the original API request was a typo or
the email was lost in spam and the signer is not able to locate it; so we need to resend the email.

Support the inclusion of electronic seals that can be automatically added to documents as part of the signing workflow.

Microsoft Teams approvals allow for eSign approvals to be easily sent directly from Teams. They currently integrate approvals with Adobe Sign and will soon integrate with DocuSign.

Having an easy integration with AssureSign for Teams eSign approvals would increase our adoption even more as well as eliminate the questions we'll get about why we're using AssureSign when Adobe and DocuSign integrate directly with the Microsoft tools we're already using.

Create methods to integrate AssureSign documents/templates with eNotary services.

When a signer adds an attachment, the system currently does not allow word documents to be attached. Expanding on this functionality would eliminate the need for for a signers to covert their word document to PDF prior to completing the signing process.

We would like to have a shared address book that could be used across our account to send recurring forms to clients.

Having prebuilt AssureSign connectors available in Power Automate and Power Apps would make it feasible to use AssureSign for automation when we don't have the programming resources to write something using the APIs. I know our usage would increase if these were available.

Currently you can not jump to specific page in document while viewing your document in template. Please add "go to Page" functionality.

Second, add page zooming functionality to enlarge/reduce the viewing document.

When a signer adds an attachment, the system currently does not provide a way for subsequent signers to see that attachment. Creating this functionality would eliminate the need for sending multiple envelopes in a process that requires review of attachments prior to completing the signing process.

In other products, I have been able to paste a list with each choice on a new line for dropdown options however this one requires each one entered one by one. Even for options where the user selects a department name and the choice fills in the department number (for example), it would be so much more convenient to paste in one list. This would also help with the issue of not being able to add a new option alphabetically or moving an option's position in the list.
