  1. Multi Attachment Control and Viewer

    K2 should provide a multi attachment control that allows users to upload more than one attachment at a time on both desktop and also Mobile app.

    In doing this, the addition of a functional image attachment viewer that allows for zoom, with out downloading to device.

  2. Custom WalkMe Snippet on K2 Cloud

    It would be great to have the possibility to embed a custom WalkMe Snippets in K2 Cloud. This would allow us to provide our own inTool training content for people working with the K2 Cloud platform and provide them with help where they need it.

    The WalkMe Snippet code needs to be added in the "head" tags of a page.

  4. Ability to review HTTP requests made by K2

    With an on-prem environment we quite often use Fiddler to troubleshoot some issues with K2.

    Especially with REST service brokers and OAuth configuration issues, we can get valuable information out of fiddler.

    My request is that we get some kind of logging on this level that the customer can enable for themselves for a short period of time. In the end, fiddler is a proxy that can be enabled periodically.

    This would also greatly help troubleshoot issues with the JSSP broker as we can't "see" the requests that are made by the JSSP broker while it's running within K2.

  5. Ability to Unlock Smartforms, Forms, Views, etc...

    We need to be able to unlock items that are checked out and/or locked for editing in the designer. If an individual has items locked and goes on vacation then this causes major issues - especially in K2 Cloud.

    There is the ability for the creator to unlock some items (workflows, for instance) but this ability needs to be expanded to all Administrators - not just just the initial creator - and needs to be present for all object types - Forms, Views, SmartObjects, etc...

  6. SmartObject Navigation in Wiorkflows and Forms

    I would be incredibly helpful to either be able to search for a SmartObject OR to expand the window / frame that displays the list of objects to select. When the list is extensive, finding your specific SMO can be a challenge.

    This would be for both the workflow canvas and the Forms/View rule configuration.

  7. add field "KUID" to environment templates on ticket system

    In each communication during a ticket the support wants to know the KUID of the affected environment. If I have no access to the ticket or email, we have a long delay in the ticket process, because the support engineer is waiting for the KUID.

    It would be very helpful if there is a new field in the environment template configuration section to store the KUID for each environment.

  9. Ensure that All K2 Cloud URL's use the Vanity URL/Name instead of the KUID

    By default Cloud Instances seem to use the KUID URL for generating Worklist Items and any other reference to the default Environment Fields. This looks ugly and has users sometimes question the validity of Tasks because the URL does not accurately depict where the task might be coming from

  10. Ability to use AAD Guest Account in K2 Processes

    In the cloud we only ahve the option of AAD, no longer can we user SQL or other authentication options.

    We need to enable K2 to authenticate users using guest accounts in AAD so they companies can involve external partners/customer in their business processes.

    This will provide the ability to our customer to add immense value to their their customers.
