There needs to be a function to allow a certain level of administrator the ability to undo checkout or check in ANYTHING in designer.

I have a situation where a developer is going to be gone unexpectedly for 1-2 weeks and the only way to be able to continue his efforts is to put a ticket in with K2 and HOPE they can undo checkout on his forms/views.
