Start A Workflow When An Email Is Received
Currently K2 Cloud can connect to Microsoft Exchange. It can even query a shared inbox and list the resulting emails. What it CANNOT do is iterate through those emails automatically in a Workflow.
We would love to be able to iterate through an Exchange inbox and run logic against the subject lines to start certain workflows if an email is received.

How do you have K2 Cloud see into a shared mailbox?
I admit, I'm new to K2 Cloud but have a lot of experience with the old Community Exchange Service Broker.
I was under the impression that you could not use the new K2 cloud integration to manage shared mailboxes.
