Many of our end users are confused by the token creation process and this creates additional effort to support thousands of users. If there was a way to make it more "Facebook" esque I think users wouldn't be as confused. As it stands right now, we have to add an extra layer to our solutions to explain the process to users before they get to the form.

Once we explain to our stakeholders that it is like creating authorizing Facebook to connect to an app (i.e., Candy Crush), they totally get WHY they have to do this. But the current process has added hours of support effort to our already busy days.
