An surprising omission from K2 Design Canvas is a masked text-box control for handling password input. There is currently a workaround using a data label with JavaScript code that we are using (Link to K2 Community Post (https://community.k2.com/t5/K2-blackpearl-Articles/Textbox-control-with-a-password-mask/ta-p/76595) ).

Ideally there would be a control on the canvas called "Password Box" which behaves like a text box control with masking enabled. As shown by the forum post, K2 is perfectly capable of implementing this type of control with "type=password." Please consider adding this as a standard feature!

It would be extremely nice if one can have the functionality to edit and change the font size and color of fonts of the items in a drop down list control.

Apparently when you try to change or edit these on the general controls properties on conditional styling these do not take effect.

Thus making the designing of ones form appearance inappropriate because the size, font style and color of the items in the drop down list cannot match the styling of the form.

Many times these controls presents not only options for user selection, but also instructional/message/error texts. As other label controls, these controls (Check Box, Check Box List, Choice (espectially when rendered as Check Box List or Radio Button List), Radio Button, Radio Button List) should be able to have accompanying texts in 'Literal' mode. Should be available to both K2 Five and Cloud.

It would be extremely helpful to be able to copy and paste multiple rows of data into a list view as a data dump. Similar to how you can copy and paste in Excel.

If you have many labels which should have the same style you have to manually go into each control's style properties and repetitively set the same style over and over. This is extremely time consuming. If we can just copy the custom styles applied to one control and "paste/apply" to other controls it would save much time and frustration.

Almost like 'Format Painter' in Office Products.

In the form, when a dropdown (DDL) is open and I scroll down, the DDL automatically closes. This is a bad experience when the DDL has about 20 items that a scrollbar exists within the DDL so when the user scrolls down and scrolls far more than the end of the DDL scrollbar, the DDL automatically closes. This occurs when the form is long enough that it has a scroll bar in the page. SharePoint out of box has choice columns and its smart enough to prevent the DDL from closing in its form.

We often inject a small bit of javascript to move the first view on the form above the tabs on the form.

It would be much better if we can mark a view to not be part of a tab, but be above the tab lines.

We could call it a 'header checkbox' but i think we would also need some way to put multiple views above it, if we would want to (so you could check the checkbox on multiple views).

It might be practical to have the same for the footer view.

Would be useful to save all expressions created into a common place, so they could be called in a new form/view instead of having to recreate the same expression again.

Let's say I have a SharePoint list of employees, their department, work schedule and manager. I would like the ability to utilize this data in say a Departments dropdown in a SmartForm without seeing duplicate departments. This was done with the click of single checkbox in antiquated InfoPath.

Multiple columns in list views don't look good on mobile because the columns extend off the screen. It would be great to have "cards" to be able to list multiple records with multiple fields in a single column. This would significantly improve mobile user experience. We should have the ability to configure card "templates" which repeat for each record.

We need the ability to prompt the user to save their data when the form is closing. This will prevent the user from losing information if they accidentally closed their browser. We could also use this event to auto-save form.

It would be fantastic to have an Office UI Fabric theme to replace the SharePoint 2013 theme. This will produce a consistent experience for users in Office 365/SharePoint Online

We would like to have an OOB toggle control to allow the user to easily select between two options (Yes/No, Approve/Reject, On/Off, etc)

We need to be able to clone a form but select which views to also clone.

We build form and often use reusable components.

When we clone a form we would like to be able to select which of the views to clone instead or a blanket clone all views.

Allow ability to perform actions when a label or data label is clicked. This could make them perform similar to buttons

In our company of 50k+ we have many people with identical names and it can be difficult for end users to differentiate between them. If possible it would be nice to replicate the look of a global address list in Outlook.

Automatically having the email, location, and job title would be a huge improvement for our end users. As you can see from my screenshot, it would be impossible to pick a Jose Rodriguez and would be sheer luck to end up with the correct one.
