Enable OOF delegates in K2 to receive custom task notifications instead of default ones
It is required for localization of messages.
This possibility will allow us to more often use the mechanism of the OOF in various tasks.
Now most users of the standard messages are marked as spam and, accordingly, do nothing with the set task.18 votes -
Easy rollback/restore older versions of Views, Forms and SMOs
Currently, the only way to rollback views and forms is via a stored procedure in the K2 database. As we can all agree, it is not the best way to do it.
My idea is to have this functionality inside K2 Management console or Designer. Currently we already have a way to rollback to previous versions of workflows in workspace. Why not extend this functionality to forms and views?

Allow people to remove themselves from roles.
In 4.6.11, you were able to remove yourself from a role. This is no longer the case with 4.7 and onwards. It appears as if this change was introduced with the 4.7 management pages (Before the "Authorization Framework" came along in K2 5.0.) Now, if I need to remove myself from a role, I have to ask someone else to do it for me, and this is a bit of a pain.
Please note that the problem is not if you are the last user in the role. Even if there are still plenty of other people in the role,…

"One click" export (or backup) of platform configuration settings
Managing multiple configurations (and tiers) of K2 requires making frequent changes to the platform's configuration. Properly fined tuned platform, requires at times multiple revisions of settings. Going back, restoring or snapshotting the
current state is not easy. Being able to export (or archive with the current date) ALL existing settings would save quite a bit of admin time.

Add Filter options to Management>Users>Roles
All other list in the management site have the option to filter, search, and sort. It would benefit anyone with more than 10 K2 roles.

Display Security Label in Management on Server Rights and Process Rights
When viewing the server rights and/or process rights in K2 management, the security label is not shown. We have users and groups under different security labels (some with the same name) and cannot see which one it is in the management portal. Showing the security label in there would help greatly.

K2 Five Error Log Management needs search and sort functionality
The column sort only sorts on the particular paged data. There is no text searching of the error logs. These are two missing features that were in the 4.7 workspace and are sorely needed.. We sometimes have many pages of errors (which is a different internal issue). We need to find what we're looking for quickly.

Searching on the Out of Office screen and sorting on name
We have a lot of users that use the Out of Office feature.
When in the Management site it is extremely difficult to find a user in the list firstly because it is not sorted alphabetically and secondly because there is no search functionality.
Please sort this list by default alphabetically and also implement searching.

Out of Office Settings - List of Processes for Delegation
When setting Out of Office, allow the user to pick processes where delegation should apply. Currently, all tasks are delegated except for the processes in the exception list. This new option will delegate tasks only for specific processes.

Allow large errors to be shown in K2 Management on Workflow Error
Hi,
Whenever you have a very large exception (>1024chars) in a workflow, then the k2 management site does not display this correctly. It cuts the message short.
I've reported this as a bug, but it was indicated to be 'by design'. Bug can be found here:https://portal.k2.com/support/report/snapshotnew.aspx?ID=149565
I personally don't think this is a great design and would suggest to handle it as a bug.

K2 automated archiving
The functionality for the archiving process within K2 of completed/deleted process instances should be automated instead of a manual process to run. We should be able to input parameters (archive database name, how many months or years to keep before archiving, etc.) and then let it do it on its own without the need for manual intervention.

Ability to give a user or group rights to multiple processes at one time
In the K2 Management part of K2 Workspace, admins can give a user or group rights to multiple processes at once in the "Workflow Server\Users\Process Rights" section. It doesn't appear this functionality is available in the Management site. In a case where a user must be given rights to, say 20 processes, the amount of work required to accomplish this is increased by at least a factor of 10. Since I understand K2 Management in Workspace will eventually be phased out, it would be nice to have this feature added to the Management site.

A form/view/smartobject/workflow version that persists between environments
It can be hard knowing what the version of an item is when it is in different environments. The "version" number that is there is specific to that environment. If an items is packaged out of development and into a test environment the version is typically a smaller number (as there would be multiple versions created in dev). I would like to see a version number/tracking feature that persists when deploying to another environment. If the item is changed in a different environment, then a version is appended to the previous one and not overwritten (could be date/time-server-user). You would…

More insight into form/view/smartobject performance
I would be nice to have some performance stats for each K2 item such as form/view/smartobject method such as total response time, number of requests, etc. This could help with tuning applications. Also, it would be nice to know what is currently running at any given time. An example would be if we see a server suddenly hitting high CPU and staying there, it would be good to pull up an admin dashboard that shows the currently active requests, methods being executed. This would be strictly server based performance and not necessarily user response as it could be a smartobject…

The possibility to sort the Roles in Folders or Groups
It would be very helpfull, if it would be possible to sort the Roles in Groups or Folders.
We totally loose the overview which Role belongs to which process.

Managment Drill Down - Expand the sub menus below when menu-text is clicked
Currently when the menu text is clicked the sub items are displayed to the right only. The preference would be for it to both display on the right and below. Currently you have to differentiate between the menu text and the arrow to the left of the text.

Use default security label in K2 management site
Hi,
Whenver you use users/groups in K2, there is a dialog that shows up in K2 management for you to select these users.
This dialog has a dropdown for the security label.
I would like this dropdown to default to the default security label that is configured in K2.
It's quite annoying that you have to select the correct security label if you're on AAD (Which we generally advise in cloud/hybrid scenarios).
