Currently K2 only provides for a complete refresh of a Database Service Instance on SQL Server (and I assume other DBs too). For large LOB databases this takes a long time and creates more items than needed.

• We end up with large numbers of service instance items in the list that will never be used in a K2 Smartobject.
• It would be useful to select only certain DB assets (Stored Procs, Tables, Views) to be added to the Service Instance when initially creating, or updating.
• As changes are made to DB assets over time - it would be beneficial to be able to only select those assets for refreshing - rather than being forced to refresh all (most of which haven't changed anyway).
