In k2 five, we have no option to change the system name of the activity anymore.

I would agree that changing a system name should not be needed. However, the system name is somettimes the only item that allows you to perform filtering correctly. For example, when we want to get some data from Activity Instance Destination, to show whom completed a task and with which action, then the process instance id and activity name (system) would be a better option than filtering on the display name, as that's what a customer could easily change to suit the end-user behaviour.

The system names generated by K2 itself are not great. They are things like "Task 1" and "Task 2 1" or even "Task 2 1 2".

Changing the system name would allow us to create solutions that are a more robust and easier to understand.

It is ok to have a big fat warning sign saying "when you change this, stuff (like integration) will break"
