Set Task Deadlines on Specific Hours
In the current version of K2 Five we can set task deadlines to happen at specific dates and after certain time intervals, however the time intervals are always counted from the moment the task step is reached or the task is received and the date deadline is limited to only whole days.
Just as there is simple date deadline option I would like to be able to set a task to expire at a certain hour, regardless of when the workflow was launched and the task step was reached.
For example, in my current use case I have a workflow that starts every day at the same time, however the user action can happen at many different times, I want to set a deadline for that daily user task to be at 17:00, regardless of when the task was reached. I can set the task to expire on tomorrow, but I want to set the expiry date to Today-XX:XX time, and I want this expiration rule to be true for all instances of the workflow that happen every single day.
I imagine the Set Hour control to be right next to the current Deadline - On date option, with either a checkbox or option to "set time" that then opens a time picker and allows for the selection of the hour, minute and seconds of expiration.
