Twice now we've come across workflows locked by former interns who had left the company, one of whose AD accounts had been disabled. Currently, the only option we've found is to run a SQL query on the server, which seems like a clunky solution. We'd love to see a way to "override" the user's lock in Designer or even Management, similar to overriding a checkout on SharePoint.
