Modern mobile specific controls
We need mobile forms to be more visually appealing and consistent with controls that all users now find in the other mobile apps that they interact with on a daily basis.
Some examples are:
- Toggle controls
- Picture/icon radio buttons
- Picture/icon check boxes
- List data in "cards" format.
