The text editor for the Send an Email rule is VERY buggy.

When you highlight text and start typing to replace it the original text is still present as well as the new text. Also if you add HTML tags the editing experience really degrades. Using backspace randomly deletes text on unrelated lines and occasionally the HTML tags disappear and are replaced by formatted text with no way no remove the formatting without removing the text itself.

It's a real struggle to work with!

A WYSIWYG text editor would work much better!

Would you consider adding something to Workspace which can display Hits on individual forms and the entire K2 Site?

In the world of demonstrating K2 usage to management etc, I am keen to gather stats on Form accesses (hits) and overall hits for a K2 site using a user-defined date range.

Is this something you can add to Workspace?

There was a requirement to Add an information icon next to the View Header title. The ability to add controls to the view header text. Currently there a no ability to add literal html in the text area or the ability to add a control.

we need a feature to mask and unask entered password in password text box on form authentication login. This will help user to view the password.

In the K2 Five (5.2; 5.1) version, when designing the process, there is no possibility to provide information on the decision made (Action Result property).

In earlier versions 4.7 and earlier such functionality existed and could be passed as a process field. After obtaining the information, these data are only selectable in the K2 Five 5.3 version.

It would be very helpful to have kind of an "advanced mode" on the Excel feature that will allow the developer to specify the following elements:

• SmartObject Name: MyRequest
• SmartObject Method: List
• SmartObject Parameters Names: Requestor;YearOfCreation
• SmartObject Parameters Values: Amanda;2020
• SmartObject Returned Properties Names: RequestID; RequestStatus; RequestTitle
• SmartObject Returned Properties Display: Ref; Status; Title
• Excel Name: My Requests_2020.pdf

That way any excel could be generated with specified excel columns and parameters without having to create a specific List view associated and load the data to the screen before before generating the Excel document.

On behalf of our client in Jakarta (Indocement). Since K2 workspace for mobile can utilize GPS on mobile via Location service control. It would be nice if this control can detect if the GPS provide is from GPS device or fake GPS from application.

Custom Workspace is always used by K2 Five Workspace user. But when the menu added on the test/dev environment, I have no ideas to transfer it to the proc environment. Can the Custom Workspace settings can also be involved in the package that we can simply deploy the Custom Workspace and encourage us to use it.

The SMART ACTIONS are extremely helpful for users and processes that doesn't required to open the form to make decisions.

I see a possibility for the same to be deployed in Workflow Reminders as well. This could help users/processes to make sure decisions are made on time which could potentially benefit the Business functions and minimize time delay.

In K2 Five, when clicking on the Integration node, we can see a list of all the SmartObjects. This list can be filtered but it does not include the Service Instance for the SmartObject. It would be very helpful to be able to use this list view to search for all the SmartObjects associated with a particular Service Instance. Or to simply see which Service Instance is tied to that particular SmartObject. Many times, developers will create multiple Service Instances for a solution and then not remember which one is tied to the SmartObject.

In a generated editable list view, if the user sorts the list view by a column first and then proceeds with adding a new column or editing an existing column using the Save button, the sorting performed is reset. It would be great if the sort persists with the create/save performed.

When there are many elements on a K2 Worklist only the visible elements can be ordered by.

The elements visible when we click on "Load More" aren't sorted.

In load balanced K2 environments like we are running, sometimes one of the nodes has issues which impacts only users served by this server and other user are not impacted. To easier identify which server (server name) is providing the runtime to the user it would be helpful to retrieve the server name and be able to display it on a SmartForm. E.g. via a data label.

This information could be part of the Context Browser "System Values" and then be used in rules.

The delete option in the designer for workflows works more like a "cancel checkout". This is not obvious, and so to undo changes, a designer would end up editing the workflow back to the state it previously was prior to making changes. This results in wasted time and a potential of introducing new bugs.

Even though I understand the way it works, I still hesitate pressing 'delete' button!
