  1. Provide the ability to see all of my checked out artifacts/Admin level undo check out for other users

    1. When working with multiple artifacts it's easy to lose track of all elements that make up my application. It would be great if I was able to see all of my checkouts, and also it would be even better if I was able to check all of my work in progress with a single checkbox.

    2. From Brenden Peterson - as an administrator of the K2 platform, I'd like to be able to undo other users checkouts in order to unblock the work for other folks.

  2. Making service broker logs more manageable

    Hi,

    We are having an issue where the logs within the service broker folder simple increase in size indefinitely (Please see screenshot 1).

    Unfortunately in our case these file can grow as large as 1GB a day making them impossible to open rendering them useless.

    The only option to resolve this provided by K2 support is to enable overwrite, this however over writes the first line of the log every time something happens making the logs useless (Please see screenshot 2).

    It would be useful to have these logs split off and make a new file every 5MB and list…

  3. Send K2 Support Ticket notification emails to multiple recipients

    When a Ticket Owner of a K2 support ticket goes on leave, then when the K2 Support Engineer updates the ticket and routes it to "Ticket Owner Action", it will send an email to only the Ticket Owner, who will then most likely send out an Out Of Office response.

    In order to avoid this, the K2 Support Ticket System should be able to send out the notification emails to multiple people, or at least be able to notify multiple Ticket Owners of a change in the ticket status.

  4. K2 Five - Designer - Modal & Container Sizing

    There are many places within the new workflow designer, smartobject designer, and form/view designers where you cannot adjust the size of the panel/modal/etc. and text is cut off. This is especially prevalent when the k2 artifacts have long names as ours do (all artifacts follow a naming convention).

    It would be nice to be able to resize these panels/modals/etc. so that we could easily see the names of the objects.

    There are also other areas, such as the designer home screen and the tab at the top of the SMO/workflow designer that could better size itself based on the user's…

  5. Retrieve Disabled AD users with AD Service2

    It would be great to retrieve disabled users using the AD Service 2 Smart Object. I know this is not possible now but would be great to see which users are disabled within the identity cache particular to do with troubleshooting issues.

  7. Allow K2 to delete older AdumError*.log and HostServer*.log files

    We should be allowed to have K2 manage the AdumError.log and HostServer.log files that are found in the \K2 blackpearl\Host Server\Bin directory. Older files are not cleaned up automatically, which is a manual process to delete. These waste space and can cause server issues because they are not being deleted in a timely manner. There should be a setting to allow you to delete log files that are older than 30, 60, or 90 days.
