  1. Paper/display orientation

    When printing a process map, it would be good to have the ability to choose the orientation - Portrait or Landscape. Currently this is set to Portrait. Most of our documents are landscape and every time I print or want to save a pdf copy I have to change the orientation

  2. Allow Linking of all file extensions when Upload file extensions are restricted

    If you restrict the file types which can be uploaded this also restricts the file types which can be linked.

    This essentially renders the linking option useless to those who want to restrict what is uploaded.

    We use SharePoint and other online locations to store our files and do not want to have to maintain documents within Promapp when those change but want our people to be able to upload screenshots within their processes to make the content more rich.

    If we restrict our uploads to only image file types this restricts the ability to link other documents.

  3. Adding Roles as consulted in RACI

    When adding a role to the RACI (Consulted), the list is displayed in alphabetical order but not searchable. Would be useful if it were able to be searched similar to when assigning a role to an activity.

  4. New report for all users - list of roles and responsibilities

    We are a very large organisation and have over 1,000 roles/responsibilities in Promapp (job titles in our HR system are used for roles, responsibilities are used for generic responsibilities).

    Creation of roles is locked down to Promasters.

    I often receive requests to create roles that already exist, it's just that the person couldn't find it. The only place they can try to see roles is when they are assigning an activity!

    Unfortunately this isn't helped by the fact that our HR system doesn't appear to use consistent abbreviations ie sometimes senior is abbreviated as snr and other times as sen.…

  5. Is there a report that shows which documents belong to which processes?

    Is there a report that shows which documents belong to which processes? The purpose of this would be to identify the improvement opportunity due to the number of documents belonging to multiple processes. Currently there is only a document list report which shows number of processes per document, however Promapp is a process mapping tool not a document management system, therefore there should be a report showing the opposite.

  6. Ability to alter the brand and colours

    Having the ability to alter the colours of Promapp would be a useful feature for organisations to customise it to their own branding.

    You can currently do this for the emails, which is great. However being able to do it for the general site would also be very helpful with embedding the system within the business.

    Even a small change such as allowing Promasters to customise the blue bar, buttons and font would be a significant change.

  7. Possibility to customize the iFrames of the process maps

    It would be great if it is possible to do additional settings on the sharing links. We use the Promapp maps on SharePoint pages but sometimes we have troubles to fit the maps in the iFrame.

  8. Create a view and feedback only version interface of Promapp

    We want Promapp to be the single source for all processes within out organisation. As the majority of our staff are process recipents rather then owners, champions, experts or authors, it would be great if there was a view and feedback only version that all untrained staff could access to view published process and provide feedback.

  9. Ability to add Process Group as a Favourite

    Being able to add a Process Group as a favourite would make working much more efficient as I wouldn't have to constantly navigate through specific pathways to get to the process group I am working in.

  10. Improving the automatic dashboard notification email

    Would we improve the look and feel of the automatic dashboard notifications include:
    - Allowing us to customise the messages which appears
    - Extend the hyperlink in the email to either the entire box or also the number in the coloured, not just the text (please see attached image).
    Currently the hyperlink is only clickable if you click the words "Process Changes" or "Document Changes", however I am finding that users are trying to clicke the number in the colour box, or just the box area in general.

  11. Enable process variations to be saved in different groups

    I need to put variations of a process into different groups relevant to the appropriate business unit / country. 

    Please can there be a work around or improvement on this?

    Would love to promote French up the priority list as a preferred language so that the system could be wider accepted across Canada which is officially a bi lingual country

  14. Checklist permissions

    Hi
    It would be good to be able to set permissions on checklists.
    At the moment checklists are open to anyone – they can’t be locked down – anyone can edit them.
    It would be good to have the option to have set users/groups to be able to view/edit/create checklists.

  15. Disable 'Submit for Approval' while @TODO items are present

    There are instances when process editors overlook resolving @TODO items prior to submitting processes for approval. It would be helpful if the system could prevent the submission of processes while there are unresolved @TODO items present. Perhaps when the user goes to click 'Submit for Approval' a window could appear advising that there are unresolved @TODO items and call out where in the process these are.

  16. Ability to generate a report against Documents which shows their review date

    It would be great if we could have access to a report which showed Documents uploaded into Nintex Promapp, and their next review date.
    This could allow us to them determine which documents are up for review / overdue for review.
    Currently the only way we can see this information is via the Promaster dashboard or Content owner dashboard.

  17. Top 10 risk reporting

    Please review the top 10 risk reporting from the dashboard. The filter currently works on top 10 scores. However, we have 177 risk in our risk register and when filter the top 10 risk, I still get all 177 risks. Potentially the top 10 should be a mix of the top 10 residual scores with the highest inherent rating.

  18. Display change description in dashboard (even when auto-publish is on)

    When a process is sent for approval, the editor enters a short description of the change. This appears on the dashboard and helps the approvers understand what has changed.

    However when Auto-Publish is turned on, this change message is over written with a generic message "All approvals received. Auto published because no Publishers specified." This message isn't helpful for users and confuses some people, while the original change description provides relevant information but is now hidden. The change description can be found in the process change log, but this isn't an area that most people will visit.

  19. Ability to configure process map default view

    As the administrator I would like the ability to change the default view of a process map (or have multiple views for different users) to display what is relevant for the viewer. E.g. someone in the field would be interested in seeing just a map or process but not all the other details on timeframes, RACI, review date, etc. where as others may need to see some of that info or all of that info.

  20. Enable a bulk update to linked documents

    We have recently changed document management systems and all document links are now broken and must be updated manually within each process.

    An option to bulk update linked documents would help!
