I think it would be great if the Excel exports includes the Process ID. An example of a use case would be:
Following up on overdue (review) processes. We would download the report, and follow up with the process owners and experts (outside of Promapp).
Then if we were to run the report again a week later, we can use the Process ID to filter out the ones we have already contacted.
We can use Process names at the moment, but that can be changed (in the future) and is not something unique that stays with the process.12 votes
Thanks for this suggestion. I believe you may get this functionality with our new Reporting APIs but I will follow up
Hi, received the following suggestion from one of our users:
"I note I can only identify where I have given feedback if I navigate to the feedback dashboard; is there something that could be displayed /flagged on the front screen of 'processes I'm in' to save the user duplicating a response they have previously given - something more visual would be beneficial."4 votes
Need the ability to filter through files when selecting a process group shortcuts, we have alot of processes and it is hard to establish when they have the same file structure in different BU's where to place the shortcut process.
Similar to Note - add procedure : where you have a search bar available12 votes
We are looking at revamping that page in the next year and the search could be a good addition. We will also be updating the visualization of the folder structure so it’s easier to navigate.
Could you make your navigation in Promapp more like the standard MS Windows-style folder navigation? This would make it more second-nature to find things.
Particular problems: 1) The UI uses three "home" buttons (see attachment). 2) It's unclear how to go up a level. Can I also use the browser back button? 3) The tiny links next to the third "home" button are not easily identified as containing folders. Thanks!!1 vote
We are a large organisation and have many different Business Units that can access other Teams processes. To enable them to be self sufficient if we could apply the Promaster access at a file level this wouls allow the Teams to be able to add additional approvers and move their file structure around etc without some of the other Promaster functionality12 votes
Thanks for this Sara. I’ve opened for voting so we can gauge interest but this makes a lot of sense.
Sort out page and formatting breaks when printing procedures, currently images are separated from the tasks
When printing processes the images are separated from the associated task making them hard to follow in the printed format. Formatting / Page breaks can only be cheated by changing image size but this can only be modified by reuploading images with less pixels as a workaround to the poor formatting of the PDF documents2 votes
Once a process author/editor is happy with a process they should be able to submit it to the stakeholders for review before it goes to be approved. There would need to be configuration to exclude certain stakeholders such as ALLSTAFF. An idea would be possibly to allow the author to select a bunch of representative individuals to send the process to.1 vote
Provide the ability for Promapp to automatically create overview (end to end) process views from process that are linked together instead of having to manually create that overview.
Refer to the attached document for a mockup example (the last page shows the auto generated overview process created from the processes shown in the preceding pages10 votes
Thanks for this suggestion Gary! I’ll add this to our prioritization discussion and let you know when we have more details.
When you first create your process, the first page that you land on is the Procedure Page but in reality, you need to first land on the Summary page to make minor changes and then move to the Triggers and Inputs Page and then to the Procedures Tab. It would make it easier to train if you start at the top tab and work your way down.
Hello - I would love it if there was a way to change the text in the welcome email from Nintex Promapp when we assign licences to staff. At the moment, I have to send a second email to each person.2 votes
Recommend adding a configuration option to email owners and experts when a process requires review with the ability to set an advance notice (e.g. an email notification to be sent 1 week or 1 month in advance of a review due date).7 votes
Thanks for this, I have added the request to our review session and I will update once we have details on prioritization.
Can we surface email addresses in the reports so that Owners and Experts can be easily emailed from any report. This accounts for any discrepancies between the Names in any report and official names that link to emails in our company systems.3 votes
Thanks for this idea! I will add to our backlog to consider at our next review session. I have also opened for voting so we can gauge wider interest.
- Don't see your idea?
