New report for all users - list of roles and responsibilities
We are a very large organisation and have over 1,000 roles/responsibilities in Promapp (job titles in our HR system are used for roles, responsibilities are used for generic responsibilities).
Creation of roles is locked down to Promasters.
I often receive requests to create roles that already exist, it's just that the person couldn't find it. The only place they can try to see roles is when they are assigning an activity!
Unfortunately this isn't helped by the fact that our HR system doesn't appear to use consistent abbreviations ie sometimes senior is abbreviated as snr and other times as sen.…

Ability to lock down the My Profile picture and ability to sync picture with Office365 profile
Ability to lock down the My Profile picture and ability to sync picture with Office365 profile. Some organisations like ours requires professional looking pictures and not allow users to add in silly pictures/characters.
1. Add a setting in config settings to allow/not allow user to update their profile picture

French language functionality
Would love to promote French up the priority list as a preferred language so that the system could be wider accepted across Canada which is officially a bi lingual country

Critical Controls Tag
Identify process steps that has a critical control through a badge on the activity level, similar to how a system tag is displayed.

Adding Roles as consulted in RACI
When adding a role to the RACI (Consulted), the list is displayed in alphabetical order but not searchable. Would be useful if it were able to be searched similar to when assigning a role to an activity.

Display change description in dashboard (even when auto-publish is on)
When a process is sent for approval, the editor enters a short description of the change. This appears on the dashboard and helps the approvers understand what has changed.
However when Auto-Publish is turned on, this change message is over written with a generic message "All approvals received. Auto published because no Publishers specified." This message isn't helpful for users and confuses some people, while the original change description provides relevant information but is now hidden. The change description can be found in the process change log, but this isn't an area that most people will visit.

Ability to configure process map default view
As the administrator I would like the ability to change the default view of a process map (or have multiple views for different users) to display what is relevant for the viewer. E.g. someone in the field would be interested in seeing just a map or process but not all the other details on timeframes, RACI, review date, etc. where as others may need to see some of that info or all of that info.

Processes I'm In Search field more visible
If the search field was more obvious then users would be able to find it. Then magnifying glass symbol is okay but the rest of the field could stay open instead of expanding.

Add Audit Logs for User Creation and Updates
It would be helpful to have audit logs for user creation and changes to user accounts. Our organization has an Access Management team, so it would useful to be able to tell who created a user account or who made changes in the event there are questions or issues.

Scroll the visible screen when dragging a task to another activity
When editing a process and the user needs to drag a Task to an Activity that is not on the visible screen, the screen should automatically scroll when the task is dragged past the top or bottom of the activity list. Right now you have to drop the task close to edge of the list; scroll the screen; drag and drop; scroll; etc.

User Management
I am the Administrator of the website and would like to have the possibility of naming a "User Promaster", who would be entitled to have Promaster rights to edit users, without being able to see all the other notifications that a normal Promaster would get. Typically, I would like our HR Manager to be able to be responsible of the User Management system as she is the most adequate person to update this as soon as there is a change.

Disable 'Submit for Approval' while @TODO items are present
There are instances when process editors overlook resolving @TODO items prior to submitting processes for approval. It would be helpful if the system could prevent the submission of processes while there are unresolved @TODO items present. Perhaps when the user goes to click 'Submit for Approval' a window could appear advising that there are unresolved @TODO items and call out where in the process these are.

Delegation of Process Responsibilities
There is no way to delegate your approvals when going on annual leave. There is the capability to bulk transfer Process Experts or Process Ownership but updating Additional Approver and Publishers has to be updated by each individual Process

Accurate cost calculation
The timeframes/costs have been designed the average cost per hour calculation doesn't take into consideration the number of working hours in the configuration settings, it uses the 8 hours regardless of this setting.
As 8 hours is not applicable to our business, we have different working hours in configuration setting. We have to recalculate cost manually when we use cost data from Promapp.
It would be great if the cost calculation formula take consideration the number of working hours in the configuration settings.

Customisable Tags and a new Tag Report
Currently there are Tags for Lean, Document, Timeframe.
It would be helpful if there was the ability to be able to create new categories for Tags e.g. Asset.
Aligned to this would be the need to then have a report that list all processes where the tags are used.1 vote -
Declining approval or publishing request by at least one Promaster should return process to draft or edit state
If a Promaster declines or rejects an item in the approval/publishing queue, the item should be returned to draft/revision state, preferably with a notification to the owner/expert on why.
Current state is that ALL Promasters must decline/reject item before it disappears from approval/publishing queue. This leaves the item open for accidental approval or publishing.

More detail in 'Process Approval Workflow Status'
The 'Process Approval Workflow Status' report currently provides a published/unpublished status for processes. It would be helpful if this report could include more detail of the exact stage of approval that the process is in, rather than 'unpublished', and also who has provided what approvals and whose are outstanding (see example attached of our manual workaround).This is particularly useful information for onboarding clients who will have a large amount of unpublished processes at first.

Create config setting to restrict ability to Manage Groups
The ability to create and manage Groups is causing issues with the defined structure regardless of the training that has been provided to editors.
Improvement idea:

Ability to navigate to process from Manage Groups
One of our staff members has said that they would like to be able to click on a process name from Manage Groups and have that process open. This would help them decide which group to put the process in. Currently the processes are listed, with the ability to copy or archive via right-click, but they are not links to the processes.
