Ability to add viewers to Incidents
We would like to have the reporter of the incident to have the capability to add viewers to the reported incident when submitting the form. Once the ticket is submitted we don't want to have the users with the specific permission to edit the tickets to add a new viewer.

Thanks for the suggestion. We don't currently have this on our roadmap but we'll open this for voting and monitor interest from other clients.
For more context- this is in the improvements module. Currently, when a user submits a ticket, they do not have the ability to click the pencil symbol to edit the ticket they have just created.
This means they cannot assign an owner of the ticket, they cannot add any viewers of the ticket and they cannot edit any content or attachments. They must contact a Promaster to do this on their behalf, which adds time and inefficiency.
