Add "Expand All" and "Collapse All" option for notes
Add expand and collapse all option for notes. This would help when comparing versions and when searching for words using Ctrl+F in the procedure tab.

Our organisation is keen to have this functionality available. I have voted for us but do you (Kerry) also want our other users to come in to this page and vote? To show numbers of interest?

Thanks for the idea. This isn't on our current roadmap but I can see it being beneficial for searching Notes as you say. We'll open it up for voting to gauge interest from other clients.
