Importing options, replace roles with existing ones
General feedback from users using the gallery to get templates is that when you use the template, it also imports the roles. A lot of the time these roles don't correspond with the ones that they already have set up in their environments.
It would be awesome, so when you go to import a process it prompts you to validate the roles and provide the option to switch them out with existing roles or create new ones.
Current;y by using the templates, the users end up having to do a lot of manual clean up of unwanted roles.

At this time, we will not be adding this request to the near-term backlog, as we are focused on improving our search and process variation capabilities and delivering sequential approvals. However, we reevaluate requests every quarter and will reach out if priorities change. Please keep the feedback coming as it is critical for our longer-term planning.

Great suggestion, I imagine a simple checkbox to exclude the roles would be beneficial.
This isn't on our roadmap right now but we'll monitor interest from other clients.
