Declined process - remove feedback response requirement
When a process is declined, the submitter is notified in the Feedback/Improvement Suggestions view (in addition to email), which works well. However, to clear the notification, the submitter needs to respond to the declined notification and mark as resolved. This is unnecessary in most cases and overstates the number of feedback actually requiring action.
Please consider a way to be notified of a declined process without the submitter needing to respond to the declined notification.
