Navigation Buttons
Similar to the "Back" button request, but a bit more expanded than that.
Have a "Back" and "Refresh" button, then also have 'breadcrumbs' of your navigation activity (instead of hierarchy of location path).
For example, if I clicked on Home, then Admin Users settings, then All Documents the 'breadcrumb' will show:
Home > Users > All Documents
And they are all hyperlinked so you can jump back to that page when clicking on it in the 'breadcrumb'.

Having breadcrumbs in the system would be amazing. It can be very confusing for users, especially if coming into the system from a link on the intranet. It would be useful to see where the process sits within the structure.
