  1. Bring back the ability to pin open an activity box, this is especially useful when working with multiple screens.

    The old version had the ability to pin open an activity box, and have it stay opened on the screen. With the current version, in order for it to stay open, you have to have the cursor within the open box, otherwise, it will automatically close. This is not helpful if you want to have the instructions on the screen and perform the tasks on a different screen.

  2. Restricting edits rights for Business Analysts

    People should only be able to edit processes if they belong to that group. Business Analysts current can see and edit everything but its would be good to be able to restrict this so that only group members can edit

  3. Home page feedback form

    Currently the feedback register is located on the Improve.it page making it time consuming to locate and register an incident. It would be more productive if the feedback form was located on the home page.

  4. Minimode links -subprocess 'access denied' message improvement

    Currently, when a process with subprocesses linked is shared via a minimode the user receives a message stating they don't have the right permissions and they should contact the Promaster.
    This generates unnecessary traffic as the user needs to either login to Promapp OR contact the person who shared the link in case they don't have a Promapp account.
    The current message causes confusion which is especially painful when using minimode links in broadcast communication.

  5. Total project time frame that includes the time of linked processes in the overall view

    I have created an overview of our Project Management from our Framework document and have created each stage in its own process and link them in the overall view. This give a simple view for executives to follow with links for staff to the process they must undertake. The issue is that the time does not come across from the link processes to the overall view. It would be very helpful if it did so you can see the whole timeline for the process.

  7. Top 10 risk reporting

    Please review the top 10 risk reporting from the dashboard. The filter currently works on top 10 scores. However, we have 177 risk in our risk register and when filter the top 10 risk, I still get all 177 risks. Potentially the top 10 should be a mix of the top 10 residual scores with the highest inherent rating.

  9. Allow the Add Task, Add Note, Add Document function to scroll down when adding tasks

    When adding tasks to an activity you are required to scroll up to the top of the activity to add a note or attach/link a document. If the system would freeze the task bar at the top of the screen so the functionality was always available that would allow for easier use. This could be set up similar to the Add Activity, Add Process Link functionality that currently exists.

  10. Bulk update Role Annual Cost

    Implement functionality to bulk initial load and bulk update the Annual Cost ($) assigned to Roles. Currently this is a very manual process where each Role has to be edited individually. When say 1500 roles are involved this becomes very time consuming and costly.
    Maybe building in functionality to bulk load or bulk update other attributes of the Roles would be beneficial also.

  11. Ability to add Process Group as a Favourite

    Being able to add a Process Group as a favourite would make working much more efficient as I wouldn't have to constantly navigate through specific pathways to get to the process group I am working in.

    Hi,

    This feature is now available with our 4.8.5 release. Comments will be required before archiving a process, or submitting it for archive approval.

    It would be good to have the ability to set target date for each activity, plus reminder when overdue (Same as risk module)

    Checklist activities can now have a due date set, and the status will be on the assigned users dashboard, and the checklist creators dashboard.

  14. Dashboard visual display of checklist activity progress

    It would be good if there was a better way to display checklist progress rather than just a list that a manager for example has to scroll through to get details of when due dates are about to expire. The list could be quite long and become hard to monitor.

    If there could be some graphical display with colours to alert to expiring due dates. If due dates for activities were implemented, then this would make the graphical display even beneficial in monitoring process management.

    Provide a link (which can be toggled on or off by Promasters) to this Promapp User Voice page in Promapp.

    I personally only found this link via chatting to support team.
    If the link was more prominent, there may be higher traffic on this page.

  16. "Back" button

    Add a "back" button that will also users to click through linked processes and get back to where they started. With breadcrumbs turned off, there is not efficient way for end users to walk through a complex process.

    Hi,

    This issue has been fixed with our 4.8.0 release. Users can navigate back using the browser back arrow after clicking through from a linked process.

    Unfortunately it was missed from our release notes but it will be updated shortly.

  17. Ability to print previous versions of processes in order to demonstrate improvements to others

    If a process has gone through some improvements it would be beneficial to print an older version of the process to demonstrate what improvements have been made and to estimate time savings. The "Compare to previous version" will only work for times where all the changes where made in one go but iteration is often required to gain the most improvements

  18. Ability to title documents in document library

    Currently documents in the library inherit their title from the name of the file. You cannot give a title to a document. Add the functionality to title a document, separately from it just inheriting the name of the file. Also currently the only way to change the title of a document is to rename the file and actually upload a new file - hence changing the revision of the document. All very messy.

  19. Add a 'process' & 'status' column on the Checklists page

    On the Checklists page, include a column for the process linked to the checklist & for the current status of the checklist (Active/Completed/Discarded). Otherwise when you have numerous checklists + all renamed, it becomes impossible to know what processes they are related to.

  20. In addition to "all staff" have additional swimlane roles such as "process owner" or "business analyst" capability

    We have generic processes that we would like all persons who are "process owners" and "editors" or permissions of "business analysts" to be automatically assigned to them. In otherwords, we can create those generic processes such as Project management processes with swimlanes like "all staff" or "process owner" or "business analyst" and automatically then the process is part of their "Processes I am in" dashboard. (Just like "all staff" we do not have to assign users individually to the swimlane, this is done automatically.)

    This way, processes are communicated and implemented with these persons the same way processes are when…
