Bring back the feature that @TODO are hyperlinked in the @TODO List
In the past when there is an @TODO in a process, it will show up in the @TODO list on the edit tab and if you clicked the item the process would automatically scroll to the section with the @TODO. However it looks like this feature was removed in the recent update.
This is really handy when a process has multiple @TODOs or if the process is quite long, it easily locate where the tag is and edit that section.
Could we please bring this feature back?

Merge role don't reflect in RACI
When you merge roles this will push out into your process map so that you don't have to manually update them.
This doesn't however update the role if it is listed in the RACI and it would be handy.

Alphabetize Process Groups and Correct Printing Order of Process Maps to be in non-alphabetical order
There is no order to process groups when viewing from the top process view and process groups are unalphabetized. Even when groups are ordered correctly in the Manage Groups area, they do not reflect as such in the main view.
Additionally, when the process maps are created in an order, the printing of the maps prints alphabetically vs. in order of process.
The request is to allow Groups to be ordered alphabetically, and the printing of the maps to printed as created vs. being printed alphabetically.

Need to be able to remove an image after it has been uploaded to the map view
Promapp allows the user to upload an alternative image to the map but not to delete this image. This seems like basic functionality.

Automatic updating of Process Titles
Currently it appears that when you update a process title, it doesn't automatically update the title if it is linked inside another process. Sometimes, to update this, you need to delete the process link and re-attach it so that the correct title name shows.
It would be great if the system could automatically update the titles of processes linked within other processes.

We have been advised of a certain scenario – using process links from unpublished processes – where the linked process title does not update.
This issue has been reported as a defect and will be addressed in an upcoming release.

Suggest Error message for oversized documents: unsuccessful action in improvements & training module
There is a document size limit of 15MB in training and improvements modules. When users try to upload the oversized doc, there should be an error message about the size of the file rather than, just lack of success to complete the task. We have this issue sometimes with uploading docs to Improvement records, or with uploading training evidence to attended training. It does not successfully close the action or record the training attendance, but it is not clear that the size of the document upload is the reason we are unable to successfully complete.

Restore a previous version when the owner has been deleted
It is not possible to restore a previous version when an owner or expert has left the company and they have been deleted from the system. The process has a current owner and expert.

Address bug (?) that pushes Approve/Decline/etc buttons off of screen when long URLs are added to change descriptions
Experts are diligently adding context when they update a process and sometimes it's alerting that a new URL was included. This causes the view within the dashboard item register to become distorted so the action buttons on far right of each line item are "off screen", forcing a resize of entire pate which renders everything so tiny it's difficult to read and manipulate.

Not having to enter a past date for improvements
It would be great if you could enter an Incident into the improvement module on the date that the evident actually occurred instead of waiting until the next day to enter. We want to become more efficient with our reporting and not having to wait for the next day will help this.
