  1. Enable more than one activity in decision matrix

    When you have a decision, you can set it to go to next activity, another process or add in another activity completely but it can only be one activity with multiple tasks. Would like to be able to add at least another additional activity. Find we add heaps of details to the tasks/notes and it can become messy. There’s not enough to warrant a whole new process but too much to fit into just the one activity

  2. Embed document view in Promapp

    Display documents in embedded window within Promapp instead of opening as separate documents.

    This would allow users to stay in the process and scroll up and down in the document within the activity/task, without losing their place.

  3. Is the checklist function designed to be mobile friendly?

    We are having some issues when trying to access the checklist to view on mobile phones. The window doesn't 'resize to fit a mobile phone as we expect it to.

  4. Feedback tool to provide open history to new owner/expert

    When a current owner/expert leaves and a new owner/expert is allocated, the historical open feedback does not carry through to new owner on the dashboard.

    Please can this information be made transferable.

  5. Allow a role to be assigned multiple times in a step

    Some of our process steps require multiple assignment of a same role. Need to be able to assign two developers or two business analysts or multiple of any role to one step. Currently we have to create roles that combine a different number of a particular role.

  6. Bulk move processes between Process Groups

    It would be great if Promasters were able to move bulk processes between Process Group. We encourage staff to search for processes so the Process Groups are merely for permission purposes. It would also be great if this bulk moving function didn't create a notification on the dashboard as it does not impact the process.

  7. Promasters able to view users dashboards

    We have a lot of internal and regulatory audits (lots of actions are overdue), lots of training that needs completing, document reviews, document and process approvals, and acknowledgments. We would like to monitor peoples dashboards to make sure they are completing their work in a timely manner.

    Currently you add one process at a time - it would be good to be able to select multiple from a group.

  9. ProMapp on widescreen or multiple monitors

    When browser window goes over a certain size, the application doesn't fill the entire window.

    This is unfortunate for employees working on wide screen panels and multiple monitor setups.

  10. Allow Business Analyst access to add additional approvers

    Currently the Additional Approvers is locked to Promaster, we would ideally like the Business Analysts to be able to add Additional Approvers where required as this is a big piece for our organisiation.

  11. Improve @todo layout in Edit procedure - make it wider!

    Currently the @todo box that displays at the bottom of the screen is a tiny narrow list:
    - hard to read.
    - shows limited items and requires scrolling
    - plenty of space available to make the box wider
    - easy CSS (style sheets) fix

    A few votes will help to make this easy fix and usability improvement.
    Refer to the two screenshots.

    The one on the left is the suggested fix, the one on the right is the current @todo layout.

    Would be great if you could produce a System Map report that displays systems in processes including unpublished ones.

  13. Allow users to scroll through map whilst providing feedback

    When providing feedback it would be useful to still be able to select each activity and review it at each step...so you would have the feedback dialogue box open but still be able to click into the activities - so you can provide your feedback on each activity. I tend to open a Word document and type up all my feedback and then open the dialogue box and paste my feedback from Word.

  14. Set default print options

    It would be great to set default print options for the company to have a standard when generating a PDF for a process.

    As a Promaster I can set the default print options to what the company agrees on e.g. Flowchat ticked, Timeframe unticked, Colums 1, etc...
    The users can individually select other print options if they need to when printing the individual process.

  15. Possibility to copy text from the process map view instead of the procedure

    It would be great to have the possibility to copy the text from the process map view, and not only the procedure view.
    Most people use the map view, therefore it would be handy to have the possibility to copy the text shown there.

    The ability to choose from a list of 'edit types' when editing a published process eg grammar/punctuation, change of role, major change to activity, minor change to activity

  17. Link entire process or process group as risk treatment

    Instead of being restricted to only linking one activity to a risk as a control/treatment, it would be helpful to be able to link the entire process, or a group of processes. Often multiple activities within a process combine to mitigate or manage the risk.

  18. Complex structure for roles

    Having the ability to create more complex structure for roles
    - reporting lines between roles
    - group roles under overarching group tags (per state or BU or role type)
    - combine roles when assigning to a process

    For large organisation, it would be great to enable layered & or grouped approach to roles.
    e.g.
    - Having a systems specialist role reporting to a systems manager giving the manager visibility on direct reports processes & or approval
    - if a process applies to all HR partners nation wide, having the ability to bulk assign the activity to VIC HR partner, NSW…

  19. Browse function available in Chrome

    In Chrome when ‘link document’ is selected and ‘link to a network file’, the ‘browse’ button/function isn’t available. This causes issues because the user then has to go to the file on the server where the document to link is stored, copy the windows location, then (if they’re extremely IT savvy) copy the full name of the file including file type to the ‘network location:’ field.
    In internet explorer (not the preferred browser), the browse button is available. This means I’ve had to encourage users to keep using internet explorer. It seems a bit backward to me. Can you let…

  20. Reporting figures on dashboard not a true indication of actual figures

    I cant pull a report that provides me with your fugure of 1321 and this is what I expect to get when I click on view report and have processes in this instance prior to Jan. Tags being updated or system log changes are not physical changes to a process this is more administrative.

    I need a report that provides me with what processes have not been touched in the last 6 months and that be reflective in the report I get. This way of reporting is not helpful and causes lack of trust in what the reporting reflects.
