  1. Allow access to export from Promapp maps with Timing on them

    It would be great to have a report that can be run from Promapp that allows us to see what maps have timings next to them and which do not. This would allow us to use Promapp as a workload management tool

  2. Ability to enter inputs and outputs at Activity level

    It would be great if there were Inputs and Outputs fields available within each Activity that you can populate as you go, and then these automatically populate the Inputs and Outputs section.

    The ability to update them at the Process level should be retained but if we could reduce the need to add them twice (you already do it in the task level) it would also reduce the times you forget to update it at Process level.

    Ability to reassign a feedback to another page. Users are commenting on a Policy page instead of the Procedure page. Our Owners/Experts in some teams are finding that they are redirecting the user to the correct page often and it would be easier to shift the feedback to the right page for them.

  4. Importing options, replace roles with existing ones

    General feedback from users using the gallery to get templates is that when you use the template, it also imports the roles. A lot of the time these roles don't correspond with the ones that they already have set up in their environments.

    It would be awesome, so when you go to import a process it prompts you to validate the roles and provide the option to switch them out with existing roles or create new ones.

    Current;y by using the templates, the users end up having to do a lot of manual clean up of unwanted roles.

  6. Display roles and responsibilities in policy / procedure view

    Policies typically require a reference to individuals who are responsible for administrative activities of the policy. These responsibilities are all RACI in nature. I would like to build them into the body of the policy and also have a visible RACI in policy/procedure view. Will save us double handling.

  8. Improve navigation

    Could you make your navigation in Promapp more like the standard MS Windows-style folder navigation? This would make it more second-nature to find things.

    Particular problems: 1) The UI uses three "home" buttons (see attachment). 2) It's unclear how to go up a level. Can I also use the browser back button? 3) The tiny links next to the third "home" button are not easily identified as containing folders. Thanks!!

  9. Stakeholders to review processes.

    Once a process author/editor is happy with a process they should be able to submit it to the stakeholders for review before it goes to be approved. There would need to be configuration to exclude certain stakeholders such as ALLSTAFF. An idea would be possibly to allow the author to select a bunch of representative individuals to send the process to.

    soooo unless you submit a support request how do promapp users know about this site?? wouldn't it be useful for them to know about it so then they can vote on ideas and be more proactive rather than reactive

  11. Duplicate Feedback

    We wish to only retain feedback where the feedback is relevant to the current version of the process.

    It is a helpful feature for declined comments to be duplicated as negative feedback, however the issues relating to the declined approval are usually readily overcome, and should be able to be removed once they are dealt with. The proper place for the permanent recording of comments for change proposals, approvals and declines is the change log. The duplicate information in the feedback is not helpful beyond the short term.

  12. Pass or Fail / Issues?

    Would be good to have the ability to know and also report on if the person completing the activity successfully completed the activity or if there was a fail / issue. Potentially a drop-down option "Completed well" "Issues" "Failed" etc so that a report could be run and trends identified if there are consistent issues on an activity

  14. Improvements Add On - Incidents allocated based on priority in addition to location

    It would be useful if you could not only set who is the approver/closer by location but also if you could do this by the priority rating of the incident. For example high priority could be escalated to the Director of a location instead of the site manager. This would allow the Directors to be informed of high priority incidents but not be bogged down by the low/medium priority incidents.

  15. Enter tags or metadata for checklists

    When creating a checklist it could be great to add tags or metadata to categorise checklists and then having more detailed dashboards/lists of checklist items to perform statistics.
    It could be also useful to use tags to restrict permissions. For example, if tags are used to know which checklist concern which department, then based on the department, specific users could only see checklists of their own department.

  16. Potential to change headings of tab

    When looking at a process can "Map" be changed to "Process", we are finding Map and Procedure are confusing a lot of people due to no clear definitions or hierarchy of what is a procedure and what is a process.

  17. Risk Audit History to load from filtered Register

    It would be really useful if the Audit History would load using the filters applied to the register. Currently the entire register audit history loads and often just hangs because it takes so long to load, in some cases it halts altogether and you have to refresh the request. In other areas of the risk module the filters are carried over as you move around, it would be very useful for this area of the module to reduce wait times.

  19. Allow qualitative only risk ratings

    Currently you have to enter quantitative values to provide a risk rating number and level. Could there be an option to just have a level, even if in the background you had to use quantitative values the display would just be high, medium, low etc. The other rating criteria can then be the indicator for flagging the risk for follow up. For example if you have a high risk, with deficient control effectiveness but you had agreed it can be managed outside of the target level this would not flag for additional follow up that can be set up in…

  20. Include Filters on ALL Risk Module Reporting

    Currently the Audit History Report does not include any indication of what it refers to when exporting to PDF. As a stand alone document this makes it worthless and I would guess not ISO 9001 compliant? It would be useful if all the filters (especially the portfolio name and date parameters) were included.

    Worst case scenario if you had to present evidence of reasonably practicable efforts to manage risk, this may not be usable.
